What You'll Do

As a member of the EMEA Regional Employee and Executive Communications team, you’ll play a key role in bringing this client's communications to life across the region. You’ll create communications campaigns and stories that captivate audiences, stimulate conversations and bring their technology narrative to the forefront. Ultimately, you’ll move the conversation forward around the critical importance of technology in redefining how we work, live and interact to power a more inclusive future.


You’ll work closely with all the EMEA Comms Director, EMEA President ExCom and EMEA regional communications team and some members of the EMEA SLT contributing to executive communications through social media and internal and external speaking opportunities. The communications will influence both regional (EMEA) employees as well as customer, partners, analysts, influencers and the media.


And of course, you’ll bring a collaborative spirit, a knack for storytelling, and a passion for connecting people with our mission of powering a more inclusive future.

Who You Are

You are a strong communications specialist, a strategic thinker who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful communications, getting the right results that make a positive difference. Strong writing, message and content development, good judgement, organizational skills, stakeholder, project management and presentation creation are your key strength.


You’ll have experience in executing communications campaigns through to outcomes, often with tight deadlines. You’ll have an eye for detail. You are a relationship builder, comfortable working virtually across multiple geographies and collaborating closely with colleagues, across region, functions and in HQ.


You revel in being part of a high-performing team, working in a fast-paced organization, yet are self-motivated and driven, happy to take the initiative and work with minimum guidance. You are a passionate, ambitious communicator with a never-ending hunger and curiosity for stories. As you grow your understanding of business and technology, you’ll help design communications that resonate with our audiences and share perceptions in support of our goals.


Your key skills and experience:

  • 6-8+ years of internal and external communications experience at a regional level, in a global technology company
  • Can create original content whilst also adapting existing content for communication campaigns including executive messaging, narratives, presentations, blogs, speeches, etc.
  • Has experience with social media and shapes the social media presence of key executives.
  • Strong project management skills, proven to be successful in global matrix organisations and in balancing concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery
  • Stakeholder collaboration, the ability to successfully socialize communications campaigns with multiple communications and business stakeholders to advance message consistency and impact
  • Understanding audience perceptions and crafting integrated communications campaigns in support of the company and region business objectives.
  • Data-driven communications strategy and planning
  • Able to adapt and absorb project goals
  • Giving counsel to executives and credibility to influence
  • Works in collaboration with individuals and teams to extract relevant information from multiple sources and blend into a range of communications
  • English native level
