We’re building a talented team to build the biggest Human Optimisation brand in the world. 


We help everyday people become the best version of themselves by providing physical tools to help them optimize their wellness. We want to continue to build a brand and create a community that improves people’s lives.  


What started at our kitchen table has grown into a multi-million £ brand. We’re growing extremely fast and are now backed by Google and a host of elite athletes and entrepreneurs. We also had a viral appearance on Dragons’ Den earlier this year. We have huge ambitions to become a global brand and we are looking for motivated individuals to help us get there.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


You’ll own MyoMaster’s organic content, taking responsibility for creating content that shares our story, educates our audience and builds our community. 


  • Content Creation - daily content creation that drives views across instagram and TikTok
  • Presenting - You’ll be comfortable being in front of camera, presenting and interviewing others 
  • Script Writing - Developing and editing scripts to create compelling storytelling content 
  • Hijacking Trends - Jump on social trends and tailor content to fit with our audience
  • Build Relationships - Manage relationships with our wellness and fitness influencers, managing their content creation 
  • Review Data - Monitor analytics and performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • You are already a content creator , with a track record of creating content for a brand or for yourself 
  • You execute - you deliver what you say you will
  • You love content - creating it, watching it, engaging with it 
  • You’re vocal - not afraid to share your ideas and your feedback 
  • You’re (hopefully) passionate about wellness and health 


INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Our aim is to keep the interview process as enjoyable and straightforward as possible, it will consist of the following stages: 


  1. Interview Round 1: Introductory chat with Lottie (CEO) - 30 min video call
  2. Take Home Task: 2 hours 
  3. Final Round: Present back the task to Lottie, Alex (Content) and Ed (Head of Growth) - 1h30 minute in person at MyoMaster office
