DROOL is an exciting e-commerce startup that's on a mission to become the world's most progressive destination for discovering and shopping unique contemporary art prints.

We serve a global audience and are focused on representing the world's most exciting up-and-coming illustrators, designers, painters and photographers. We're tired of the boring, mainstream posters that litter homes, offices, and hotels across the globe.

**Who You Are**:
You're an experienced and creative in-house content creator with a strong portfolio that is capable of bringing the DROOL brand and identity to life by filming engaging content that'll be used across paid and organic channels. You'll be obsessed with data and weave this into your work to constantly produce best-in-class, revenue-driving content.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Film engaging content for DROOL’s paid and organic social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and storytelling.
- Act as an on-camera personality for DROOL, representing the brand in various video content.
- Creative direct shoots, collaborating with artists and other creators to bring concepts to life.
- Be an expert in all things TikTok, Instagram and any other relevant social media channels.
- Collaborate closely with the content producer to ensure seamless execution and editing of content.
- Utilise graphic design skills with platforms like Figma and Photoshop to enhance visual content.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in video creation and producing engaging content for social media platforms.
- Proven ability to identify social media trends and translate them into compelling content.
- Comfortable appearing and speaking on-camera alongside directing shoots, with a strong creative vision.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with other creators and artists.
- Familiar with identifying engaging social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and implementing it in the business
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Figma and Photoshop is a plus.

- Independent and proactive with a positive attitude and strong ownership mentality.
- Can adapt to different artistic styles and storytelling approaches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
