Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML-driven statistical and computational methods to advance our scientific and therapeutic objectives.
  • Shape and drive the data science and ML strategy , creating a roadmap with significant scientific impact.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate data science into the broader informatics strategy.
  • Analyse diverse 'omics datasets to identify novel therapeutic targets and evaluate treatment efficacy.
  • Provide analytical guidance to the Human Genetics and Computational Chemistry teams.
  • Design experiments and test hypotheses in partnership with wet lab scientists, enhancing both practical and computational research.
  • Communicate key insights to stakeholders, tailoring the message to the audience’s needs.
  • Work with developers and bioinformaticians to establish an ML-optimized data storage and mining infrastructure.
