Business Insight Analyst | Consumer Electronics | Surrey/Hybrid | Competitive Salary


We are working with on a fantastic opportunity with a Consumer Electronics Giant who are hiring for a Business Insight Analyst to join their team.

They are a market leader in consumer electronics in the country, putting innovative technology into the homes of Britain. They are a major household brand that offers high-tech solutions for consumers.


The Day-to-Day


As a Business Insight Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Market Analysis: Combining various data sources to report on market trends, providing a holistic view for top management.
  • Business Metrics: Analysing key business metrics such as market share, sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through for both managed and unmanaged accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Managers, SCM, and other teams to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Strategic Reporting: Supporting the Head of Display with P&L analysis, weekly business plans, and key initiatives.


The Candidate


Key characteristics of the suitable Business Insight Analyst include :

  • Expertise in Excel: Advanced proficiency with pivot tables, formulas, and preferably macros.
  • Curiosity: A natural curiosity to dig into data and uncover the story behind the numbers.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experierience : Minimum 2+ years experience working in an insights/analytics focused role
