IS Analyst

Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced IS Analyst to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. As a key player, you’ll maintain computing and communications systems, providing 1st and 2nd line support to their London and EU offices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be the internal 2nd level Help Desk overflow support, handling complex issues beyond Frontline’s scope.
- Offer escalation guidance and share support knowledge with Frontline.
- Investigate, resolve, and respond promptly to escalated incidents.
- Keep ServiceNow Knowledgebase up-to-date with new support articles.
- Provide top-notch remote and in-person end-user support.
- Assist with WebEx, Zoom, and MS Teams meetings.
- Accurately document incidents and tasks in our incident management system.
- Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate solutions.
- Manage iPhones, iPads, and home office systems.
- Maintain stock levels of IS consumables and equipment inventory.
- Image laptops to firm standards.
- Onboard new joiners and provide inductions.
- Participate in projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Be available for overtime and flexible work schedules, including weekend on-call coverage.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with special projects.
- Handle network support tasks (e.g., user management).
- Support servers and data center equipment.
