Job Title: ERP Senior Sales Manager (Tier 1/2 ERP Solutions)
Location: Remote (UK & Europe), with travel to customer sites
Salary: £120k base + commission (Realistic OTE £300k+)

Our client, a fast-growing managed services provider and IT consultancy, is entering an exciting growth phase through a new strategic partnership with a Tier 1 ERP provider . This collaboration will enhance their footprint in the manufacturing sector with cutting-edge ERP solutions. We’re seeking a highly motivated ERP Senior Sales Manager to drive multi-million-pound deals and shape the future of their ERP practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Sales Leadership: Lead the charge on closing multi-million ERP deals , focusing on business transformation for clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the complete sales process from initial lead generation to deal closure, working directly with clients and partners to deliver tailored ERP solutions .
- High-Value Deals: Leverage your experience to navigate complex sales cycles and close high-value contracts, £1M+ deals .
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, working across the UK and Europe.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the ERP space , with the potential to transition into a leadership role within 12-18 months .
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery teams, and industry experts to develop winning proposals.
- Team Building: As the company grows, take ownership of building and leading a high-performing sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
- ERP Sales Expertise: Proven track record of closing large, multi-million-pound ERP deals (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor).
- Tier 1/2 ERP Experience: Experience selling solutions from Tier 1 or Tier 2 providers, with a deep understanding of the ERP market .
- Business Transformation Focus: Strong background in driving business transformation through ERP for large enterprises.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop new business, and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
- Leadership Potential: Ambitious and driven, with the desire to build and lead a sales team.
- Remote Flexibility: Comfortable working remotely across the UK and Europe with the ability to travel when needed.
