Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site light filled space combines a restaurant, bar, retail store, events space, and photography studio. We work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce wherever possible, and are proud to be included in the Michelin Guide.


Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to develop their career within an established, female owned brand under forward-thinking and supportive management.

As our team continues to grow and develop, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist in developing the culture and atmosphere of the restaurant, delivering great service with a focus on the training and development of the Front of House team.


The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their career with us. As a Restaurant Manager, you will have experience with team training and development, be comfortable with shift management, and be competent with general restaurant management duties.

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, with solid knowledge of the London hospitality industry and restaurant operational systems

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write personable and professional emails
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Meticulous organisational skills with great attention to detail, and able to prioritise a demanding workload

Salary: £40,000 per annum, including tronc.
