Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking to step away from a traditional law firm environment?

This modern forward-thinking and rapidly expanding Alternative Legal Services Firm, have grown significantly over the years and as a result of this growth, they are seeking a Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE to join their flourishing office in Winchester, Hampshire.


The Firm

They operate as an Alternative Model Legal services firm and have a fantastic reputation across the region for their untraditional way of working. The firm have grown significantly by 30% every year since being founded in 2013 and shows no signs of stopping with a number of mid-level to senior hires across their offices.

They pride themselves on their ability to compete with regional, and national firms meanwhile maintaining their identity as an approachable, sociable yet professional firm. There is a lot of flexibility that can be found here with most employees working remotely 60% to 80% of the week, the Directors can offer autonomy and commitment to developing you and your department further.

This modern Commercial practice focuses heavily on the creative & digital media sector and over the years they have maintained a good track record in attracting lawyers out of the city for the work-life balance and quality level of work they offer.

They recognise that work/life balance is extremely important, and they have the infrastructure to facilitate more flexible working than most of their competitors. Additionally, the firm operates on the basis of no billing targets, and instead, employees receive regular performance reviews to foster their development.


The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing bench of fee-earners based in Winchester, Hampshire.

This department deals with a strong quality level of corporate work, ranging from:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Shareholder agreements,
  • Private Equity
  • Joint Ventures
  • Partnership agreements

In this role, you will be managing and leading transactions predominately in the mid-market space. You will be working directly alongside partners who will assist you in growing and developing your technical ability.


Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor 2-4 years PQE
  • You will have broad range of corporate experience
  • You will be driven to progress
