These values and the behaviours that support them, guide everything we do and set out what we expect of our staff in the way they treat patients, visitors, service users and each other.
We offer a pleasant and supportive working environment, in the beautiful county of Cornwall where there are opportunities for a range of hobbies and outdoor activities from active to the more relaxing. With flexible working solutions, heavily subsided meals, free parking and significant support for personal and professional development, Duchy really is a great place to work.
