Are you looking to put shift work to bed and get a better work life balance? Look no further

Join an established manufacturer provided well recognised products to leading UK retailers. This role is a Monday - Friday days only based position, so you'd be able to get back your evenings and weekends and start doing things with your time off rather than just recuperating.
As an maintenance engineer you will manage the day-to-day maintenance of several automated and semi-automated production lines. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the production lines operate efficiently, maintaining optimal output.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing pre-planned maintenance schedules and performing any necessary repairs. Working closely with the team, you will ensure minimal downtime and support the smooth running of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily maintenance on automated and semi-automated production lines.
Perform pre-planned maintenance to ensure consistent production.
Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise output.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a focus on electrical systems and a solid understanding of engineering principles.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant electrical engineering qualification.
Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
