This unique opportunity is open to both experienced SEN teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are dedicated to making a real difference. You'll benefit from the guidance of an experienced and supportive SEND team, who will provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure every teacher and staff member is well-equipped. Along with the scale payment, we're offering additional SEND bonuses to recognize the vital leadership and pioneering role you'll play in this journey.

Location: Primary School in Harlow

Salary: Full Scale Teacher Pay £31,350 - £45,037, depending on experience

Start Date: January
