You'll have the unique opportunity to build and grow this provision from the ground up, with full backing from an external, leading Inclusion team. This support will ensure you're fully equipped to succeed, no matter where you are in your teaching journey.

A significant part of your role will be to guide staff across the school in adapting their teaching strategies to better support pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, Down Syndrome, dyscalculia, Global Development Delay, and autism. You'll help create inclusive learning environments and develop personalised curricula, especially for children with autism, who will be the primary focus of this new provision.
