About the role: We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the heart of Edmonton, London. This is a full-time, long-term position, beginning in January 2025, and it’s a chance to make a significant impact on young lives in a supportive, inclusive environment As a Reception Teacher, you’ll be working with young learners aged 4-5, focusing on their foundational development and growth. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that support each child’s personal and academic development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Collaboration with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and other educators will be essential, as the school values a collaborative approach to ensure every child receives the attention they deserve.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Proven experience working with early years or reception-aged children.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Utilise play-based and hands-on learning activities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
