LTS Group is based in Enfield and we are currently looking for tutors to work on a 1:1 basis to support young people with additional needs who are currently not accessing full time education.

You must be able to devote a minimum of 2 hours per day Mon-Fri but the work is flexible and you can fit the times around your lifestyle.

Our role is to support and teach our students in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. We then hope to transition that child back into full time education. This is our passion, so if you share this passion and feel you have lots to offer, then carry on reading to the end

School life can be very stressful for children with additional needs be it autism (ASD), social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) or any disability that prevents a child from achieving

We are looking for outreach tutors to deliver learning in the student’s home or in a local library. The learning takes place in Enfield and surrounding areas including East London and Herts and requires delivery of lessons to SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) students.

The work is varied and can be extremely rewarding for those who know how to get the best out of young people. Numerous teachers and those who may have had a responsible supporting role have already made the transition from full time to part time work in order to have more flexibility and a more flexible life style, with more time to focus on their own well-being.

If you feel you have the relevant skills and qualifications and you can demonstrate previous success in supporting young people with additional needs (Reception - 25 years) then we would love to hear from you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
