Provision of a bespoke 6 bedroomed accommodation service for people with experience of homelessness and complex needs which may include mental health, substance misuse and physical health needs.

At Turning Point, we support people across the UK with mental health issues. You will make a real difference to their lives as you work closely with them to help them achieve their potential. You will have some oversight of referrals to the service and will work closely within our multi-disciplinary team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals we support.

The Ideal Candidate

As an essential, you will have previous relevant experience of using a person-centred approach in a Mental Health setting, a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support and experience of working with people with mental health crisis. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative. An effective team player, you will possess good communication skills, a flexible recovery focussed approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.

A background working in an environment supporting vulnerable people in the community is essential. Experience of service planning and ensuring that services are well positioned to meet contractual requirements would also be advantageous. You will also have experience of working with people with mental health crisis.
