The company is currently recruiting an administrator to support the sales team, processing sales orders and managing the delivery of the product to their clients.
Duties include
Processing sales orders
Raising invoices, proforma invoices & dispatch notes
Managing the progress of the order via an Excel spreadsheet
Processing credit requests
Receiving credit card payments
Keeping client contact information up to date on the client database system
Arranging deliveries, liaising with couriers
Raising Purchase orders
Managing the enquiries log in Excel
Process information on SAGE
Screening incoming calls and enquires
