What Does the Role Entail?

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in the kitchen, ensuring each dish embodies the perfect balance of taste and texture that defines our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency in both taste and presentation.
Assisting the Head Chef with kitchen duties, including overseeing daily operations.
Monitoring kitchen hygiene and enforcing food safety standards.
Contributing to recipe development and the introduction of new dishes.
Ensuring the kitchen meets the highest quality standards at all times.
Promoting a positive, professional atmosphere among team members and guests.

What Skills Will You Have?

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.
A passion and knowledge of beef produce and expert steak cooking techniques.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide the team effectively.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
A strong commitment to quality and kitchen compliance standards.
Full-time availability with flexibility to work throughout the week.
