Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the marketing function. This is a hands-on role, managing the entirety of the marketing strategy and execution without a supporting team. You will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving lead generation, and communicating the value of our products to our target markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.

* Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various platforms, including website updates, brochures, product catalogues, and social media.

* Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence through SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.

* Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

* Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

* Events and Exhibitions: Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events.

* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and presentations.

* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies.

* Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and other vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in a standalone marketing role or as a Marketing Manager.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

* Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding.

* Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous but not essential.

* Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

* Experience in B2B marketing
