Are you an experienced Nursing home manager looking for a new opportunity near Inverness? We're on the lookout for a Home Manager to take on a State of the art nursing home . This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort for residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of £75,000, negotiable based on your experience. You'll also receive an enticing annual bonus scheme, offering up to 30%+ of your salary. Plus, you'll be entitled to 28 days of annual leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

As the Home Manager, you'll be:

Responsible for all aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CI standards and regulations.
Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice.
Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry.
