Lead a Dedicated Team in a State-of-the-Art Nursing Home

We're seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art nursing home near Inverness. As the Home Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and comfort for residents.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £75,000, negotiable based on experience
  • A lucrative annual bonus scheme, with potential earnings of up to 30% of your salary

About the Role

  • Responsible for all aspects of care within the home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CI standards and regulations
  • Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice
  • Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry
  • Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality

Requirements

  • Proven management experience at a similar level
  • An active NMC Pin and a clinical background
  • Excellent management skills to manage large teams
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
