Join us in making a lasting impact on over 600 trainers worldwide, ensuring high standards in recruitment, accreditation, development, and quality assurance.
As part of Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world leader in academic publishing and assessment, you'll contribute to a future-focused team dedicated to supporting educators and driving excellence in professional development.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
* Organise and lead selection events to recruit skilled trainers in the UK and globally (occasional international travel required: approximately two weeks per year).
* Develop and coordinate our online induction course for trainers, and manage mentoring and co-facilitation programmes to support trainers in their initial and ongoing professional development.
* Lead our trainer PD programme, managing subject networks, workshops, and upskilling courses to ensure trainers continuously enhance their skills.
* Drive our observation programme to uphold high standards in PD delivery, continually assessing and refining what ‘good' PD looks like.
* Regularly review and innovate processes to optimise efficiency and resource use.

You bring a solid understanding of effective teaching practices, reflective professional development, and—ideally—experience in international education and project management.
Your skills include clear communication, facilitation, and effective time management, alongside the ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail. You are proficient in IT, and experienced in project leadership, negotiation, and influencing. As a team player, you're responsible, adaptable, and collaborate well with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds. You empower others to grow and continuously seek ways to improve processes, working with agility to meet evolving needs.
Join us in shaping the future of professional development for educators worldwide
