About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Early Careers Development Programme, which will provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with experienced site managers to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programmes to enhance your commercial and management skills
  • Gain hands-on experience in site management, including project planning, budgeting, and personnel management
  • Develop key relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

About the Benefits:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of BBB A-levels, BTEC National Diploma DDM, Access to HE qualifications with 24 Distinctions 21 Merits, or equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 120 UCAS points
  • 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
  • Eagerness to develop and travel to our sites for on-the-job learning
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and contractors
