The Role

As the School Office Manager, you will be at the heart of the school's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Manage and lead the school's administrative team, ensuring high standards and teamwork.
Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the school office, handling student admissions, attendance, and essential record-keeping.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and external partners, delivering outstanding customer service.
Compliance: Ensure the school adheres to safeguarding, data protection, and other statutory requirements.
Administrative Support: Provide critical support to the senior leadership team, including diary management and meeting coordination.
Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to handle budget monitoring, invoicing, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a school setting.
Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams effectively.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection, and school financial procedures is highly desirable.
