About the role: Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of neurodivergent children? Working closely with a fantastic, supportive team, you’ll help students with varied needs—including communication, executive functioning, anxiety, and functional skills—access a well-rounded and enriching education. Your role will include assisting the class teacher with tailored activities, adapting materials to meet students’ EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) requirements, and fostering a warm, positive environment for students to thrive.

With small class sizes and individualized attention, students can genuinely flourish both academically and socially. The school takes a holistic approach to SEN support, with a strong onsite therapeutic team that integrates speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health support. Staff, parents, and students work collaboratively to create a close-knit community that celebrates every success, no matter how big or small. Here, your impact will be both deeply felt and widely appreciated.
