Description of the Role:

Simply Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Salford, Greater Manchester. Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in Key Stage 1.
Establish a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting lessons to support individual learning needs.
Develop strong relationships with students, fostering both their academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective classroom management strategies and promote positive behavior.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and regularly report to parents and school leadership.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching practice.
Work closely with parents and carers to support the overall development of each child.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Years 1–2) is desirable.
Strong understanding of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
Patient, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
