Description of the Role:
Simply Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team and work in a vibrant and supportive primary school setting within Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and nurturing students in Years 3–6, fostering both academic success and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and adapting lessons to ensure all children succeed.
• Build strong relationships with students, encouraging their emotional and social development alongside their academic growth.
• Collaborate with other staff members to implement effective strategies for classroom management and promote positive behavior.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance and provide regular reports to parents and school leadership.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practice.
• Work closely with parents and carers to support the overall development of each student.

Applicant Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) is essential.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
