A luxury automotive OEM is looking for a Manufactuirng Systems Trainer to join their team in Solihull

Position Description:

* This opportunity is for a Trainer within the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation Team.

* The Trainer's overarching objective is to identify the users in scope for training, understand what they require, create the material, plan and deliver.

* Your role is to get the organisation engaged and ready for the change, ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.

* In order to achieve this, the Trainer will be able to monitor and manage the impact of change.

Key activities include:

* Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training

* Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides

* Evaluating the users level of knowledge at appropriated levels

* Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users Conducting training impact assessments

* Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans and supporting the communication of these to relevant end users

* Any other given task that falls into the employee's qualifications or abilities

Skills Required:

* 5+ years experience in Training role

* Experience creating bespoke training material using a variety of methods

* Available to work on-site 5 days per week

Experience Required:

* Understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies

* Excellent written, presentation and communication skills

* Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships

* Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to a changing working environment

* Responding quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity

* MS Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

Experience Preferred:

* Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems

* Knowledge of Manufacturing processes

* Previously used SAP EN or Articulate
