Systems Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Trainer to join our team at Contechs, a leading Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology and Innovation Recruitment Consultancy.
About the Role:As a Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, creating and delivering role-based user training, developing training content, and evaluating users' knowledge levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify process assessment and stakeholder requirements
- Design and deliver classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
- Evaluate users' knowledge levels and identify areas for improvement
- Onboard Early Adopters and Super Users
- 5+ years' experience in a Training role
- Experience creating bespoke training material using various methods
- Available to work on-site 5 days per week
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Previous experience with SAP EN or Articulate
