Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Trainer

Contechs is a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in Automotive, Design, Engineering, Technology, and Innovation. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Solihull, seeking a skilled Systems Trainer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver role-based user training to ensure seamless system adoption
  • Support the onsite training team with administrative activities, ensuring efficient training delivery
  • Conduct training impact assessments to measure effectiveness
  • Coordinate multiple activities with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Utilize knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing processes to provide expert training
  • Prior experience with SAP EN or Articulate is highly desirable
Requirements:
  • Immediate, ongoing, and valid eligibility to work full-time in the UK and travel within the EU
  • Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
