Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Trainer to join our team at Contechs Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering role-based user training and supporting our onsite training team with administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions to users on Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • Support the training team with administrative tasks
  • Evaluate users' knowledge and understanding of the systems
  • Conduct training impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training
  • Develop stakeholder training and engagement plans to ensure seamless integration of new systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Trainer
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Manufacturing processes
  • Previous experience with SAP EN or Articulate
