As a fantastic Heathcare Assistant, you will be part of a team supporting individuals in a care home setting. We support people with complex nursing needs, general nursing needs, people who may have a Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour and people who require support with their Mental Health. You will be an instrumental part of the team in delivering a first-class person-centred service.
