Overview
Compass Associates have partnered exclusively with an ambitious specialist therapeutic education provider, who whilst at present operate 5 schools, have bold growth ambitions for the near future and are assembling a SMT to support their objectives. Together we are seeking Head of Human Resources who will report directly to the providers Chief Operating Officer.

Role
Based from their London office with 1 day per week working from home, the post will hold full responsibility for all aspects of HR operations and recruitment encompassing but not limited to: learning and development, rewards and benefits, recruitment and onboarding, Employee relations, Employee wellbeing, workforce planning and system and policy implementation. This post also benefits from receiving administrative support from one full time administrator.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a go getter who is motivated by the businesses growth ambitions. You must possess strong initiative, offer a proven track record in a similar natured appointment, be appropriately qualified (CIPD) and lastly have a ‘roll your sleeves up attitude’ particularly important within the businesses early growth phases. Location
The companies headquarters are located in South London.

Criteria
- Head of / Director of HR level experience within either Health or social care, Lesiure, Hospitality or retail. Multi site experience being the common denominator.
- CIPD Qualification
- A proven record of success within the above mentioned fields.
- Commercial awareness and comfortable with budgets

Interview Process
This will be a streamlined two stage process consisting of an initial Teams meeting with the COO and lastly a face to face meeting on site with the CEO and Chair.

Salary and Benefits
Up to £90,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Equity (to be discussed verbally)
