Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision CNC machining company located in Redditch, West Midlands, who are on the lookout for a CNC Miller (Setter/Operator) to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The company are specialists within CNC machining and have a state-of-the-art facility with capacity for CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding, gear cutting, and surface finishing.

They are looking for a Setter/Operator to run their CNC milling machinery; there is no programming involved; however, the right person will have to be able to edit/adjust programs and understand speeds and feeds. A knowledge of Fanuc controls is desirable. The role will be working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components.

This role is available on either regular days or rotating shifts, depending on what suits you best. Both options are available.

Monday to Thursday (07:30 AM until 16:30 PM) & Friday (07:30 AM until 13:30 PM)

OR

Monday to Friday (06:00 AM until 14:00 PM) & (14:00 PM until 22:00 PM) (Weekly Rotation)

Pay: £16 per hour (+ £1 per hour shift allowance if working shifts)
