The Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in the sales and distribution of high-quality automotive parts and accessories. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing excellent customer service while promoting and selling a premium range of genuine parts and accessories.

* Working closely with a small, dedicated team where a passion for premium automotive brands will be highly valued.

* Managing parts inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling orders and stock levels.

* Supporting customers by offering expert advice and assistance with their parts and accessory needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in a parts sales environment, or transferable skills that demonstrate a strong aptitude for customer service and sales.

* A mechanical background or knowledge, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in this role.

* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.

* Good numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to follow dealership processes accurately.
