A small but expanding door maintenance specialist is currently looking to bolster its sales team and is, therefore, targeting an industry experienced Sales Manager to join their thriving business. A generous basic salary is on offer as well as an uncapped commission scheme, company car or car allowance, phone, laptop, annual bonus, and more.
The company install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment including industrial doors, roller shutters, speed doors, gates, barriers, automatic doors, fire doors, and loading bay equipment.
They are open to any segment within the door industry, including auto doors, industrial doors, gates, barriers, or fire doors, however, their current client base is heavily bias towards industrial doors, shutters, and speed doors, therefore, experience in this sector and familiarity with these products is desirable.
The starting salary is negotiable but will be reflective of your experience. This is a key position, and the company is willing to consider all salaries for the right individual.
The ideal Sales Manager will have:
Strong knowledge of the industrial door and loading bay industry
A strong background within field sales and business development
Worked in sales within the loading systems/industrial door industry or closely related industry
The ability to self-generate new business
Excellent communication skills and good technical grasp of products
Ability to solution and up-sell products
A proven track record selling service contracts within construction, engineering, distribution, and logistics
Ability to start making money quickly, ideally with an existing client book and in-depth industry knowledge.
Strong knowledge of the industrial door and loading bay industry, with excellent communication skills and a good technical grasp of products.In Return, You Will Receive an Excellent Remuneration Package Including:
Flexible Work Structure: Flexible on location and work structure, with minimal office presence required (one day per week is acceptable).
Salary: Negotiable, with an initial offer around £40k plus a lucrative and uncapped commission scheme.
Incentives: 2% on any revenue generated and 4% on new business revenue generated within the first six months to encourage continuous client acquisition.
Room for Growth: Significant opportunities to grow within the business, with planned investment in additional staff and infrastructure.
Supportive Environment: The owner is prepared to invest heavily in the department.
Commission Scheme: Uncapped commission scheme.
Mobile Phone: Provided.
Laptop: Provided.
Annual Bonus: Included.
Regular Incentives: Regular incentives.
