About the role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our wonderful team in February 2025. This full-time, long-term position is available due to the exciting expansion of our Early Years department.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and nurturing environment where our youngest learners can grow, explore, and achieve. The class consists of 30 children, with a strong focus on personal development, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. The role offers the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to grow and improve the Early Years Foundation Stage provision.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching EYFS or a similar age group, with a passion for fostering early childhood development.
• Strong communication skills, both with children and colleagues.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and ability to implement it effectively within the classroom setting.
• A creative, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching, with a focus on the individual needs of every child.

Key Responsibilities: As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that support and extend children’s learning in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Monitoring and assessing children’s progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Communicating with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child’s development.
• Working collaboratively with other members of staff and leadership to improve the school’s EYFS provision.
