Join a Leading Global FMCG Brand – Warehouse Operative Opportunity
Are you ready to step into a pivotal role with a globally recognised, innovative brand leading the way in food manufacturing? We're partnering with this dynamic FMCG powerhouse to find their next Warehouse Operatives
What You'll Be Doing:
Accurately picking and preparing goods for the production line, ensuring the smooth running of operations for the following day's production.
Managing stock levels and inventory with precision to ensure quality is upheld, and selecting the right products when needed.
Safely and efficiently handling manual tasks, including lifting and using handheld scanners to ensure every pallet is picked correctly.
Reporting any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, and resolving discrepancies promptly to keep things running smoothly.
Operating key vehicles, such as Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Trucks, to handle and move goods efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences are essential for this role (recently expired licences may still be considered).
A valid UK driving licence is a must.
You’re hardworking, organised, and bring a can-do attitude to everything you do.
Health and safety awareness is a huge plus, helping keep our operations smooth and safe.
Experience within FMCG or food safety is great to have, though not essential – we’re looking for the right attitude and a passion for learning
