Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team at a leading global FMCG brand. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking and preparing goods for the production line with accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing stock levels and inventory to ensure quality and selecting the right products when needed.
- Safely and efficiently handling manual tasks, including lifting and using handheld scanners to ensure every pallet is picked correctly.
- Reporting any missing, damaged, or incorrect items, and resolving discrepancies promptly to maintain a smooth operation.
- Operating key vehicles, such as Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Trucks, to handle and move goods efficiently.
- Forklift Counterbalance and Reach Truck licenses are essential for this role (recently expired licenses may still be considered).
- A valid UK driving license is a must.
- Hardworking, organized, and a can-do attitude is required.
- Health and safety awareness is a huge plus, helping keep our operations smooth and safe.
- Experience within FMCG or food safety is great to have, though not essential – we're looking for the right attitude and a passion for learning.
