Contract Manager

TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in Retrofit to lead projects across Folkestone and surrounding areas.
The starting salary for this position is £60,000 - £65,000 – dependant on experience.
Duties-
* Lead and manage retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet client requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
* Oversee health and safety compliance, preparing necessary documentation.
* Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
* Coordinate labour, materials, and resources effectively.
* To undertake site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity

Requirements:
* Must have experience in managing retrofit, construction, or energy efficiency projects.
* Strong knowledge of retrofit standards (PAS2030/2035, ECO), building regulations, and energy saving technologies.
* Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS)
* CSCS Managers category.
* Full UK driving licence.
