Location/remote: Aberdeen/ onsite with some flexibility
Hours: Mon-Fri, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract length: 6 Months, likely to extend
Pay rate: £13-£15 per hour PAYE

Overview
The project administrator will be supporting the operations manager and project engineers on a various projects throughout the business
Some Key Responsibilities:

Regularly updating systems – SAP, OnePM, Salesforce.
*
Creating Project Schedules
*
Support/Manage all scheduling & labour planning for workshop capacity.
*
Raising of PO requisitions
*
Liaising with third party vendors and suppliers, as necessary.
*
Arranging Collection & Delivery to/from customers and suppliers.
*
Collation and issue of final project reports.
*
Financial completion of projects.
*
Support workshop supervisor with input of timesheets.
What we’re looking for:
*
Previous experience in a project administrator role, within engineering or construction (or similar)
*
Excellent communication skills
*
Good team player, but also can work on own initiative.
*
Good understanding of production planning is preferred.
*
Commercial acumen is preferred.
*
Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
*
Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
