About the role:

We’re seeking a Marketplace Support person to join the growing, fast-paced Online Sales Department at Head Office in Halesowen. This role is office based and does not offer remote working.

Working Hours:                40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities as Marketplace Support will include:

Work and be part of the Hayley Group Online Sales Department

Managing and optimizing marketplace product listings using the Rithum Software (Channel Advisor)

Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Manage shipping/FBA and customer service operations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Marketplace Support person include:

Knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central Platform, eBay and Rithum (Channel Advisor) desired but not essential

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software

Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) processes and logistics

Good understanding of how an online marketplace works

Fluent in English, any other European language is a bonus

Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential
