E-commerce Executive

**Job Overview**

Feridax (1957) Ltd, founded in 1957, is the largest wholesale importer and exporter of motorcycle and cycle clothing and accessories brands in the UK.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join the IT team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our online presence ensuring that our websites and other digital channels are up to date and optimised with continuing growth. You will be working closely with the Marketing Department and report directly to the IT Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Management of the product lifecycle**

Creation of products in our ERP system, populating data, and ensuring that the data is pushed to the appropriate website.
- **Build & Manage Shopify Stores**

Working along side IT and Marketing to build, publish, and optimise Shopify stores as new brands are taken on by the business.
- **Manage Magento Store**

Ensuring that all data in our B2B gated Magento 2 store product information is up to date and best benefits our dealers.
- **Managing Sales Channels including Ebay/Amazon and Social Marketplaces**

You will be responsible for managing the data feed to our sales channels, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
- **Update Website Metadata and ensure keyword relevance**

Support the implementation of SEO strategies and optimise pages for organic SEO to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, traffic acquisition, and conversions. This will include keyword research, meta tags optimisation, and content optimisation.
- **Product Photography where required**

You will be responsible for creating product images where required or not provided by a brand, ensuring they are consistent with the style of current images on the website.
- **PPC/Google Shopping**

Working closely with Marketing to plan, create, monitor, manage, and optimise PPC and Shopping campaigns across search engines.

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience**
- Experience in a similar role
- Data Management Skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous experience with Business Central or other ERP systems
