A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects within a supportive work environment that promotes professional development. The company specialises in delivering construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and heritage works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

* Conduct Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and implement cost control measures.

* Evaluate completed work and arrange payments to contractors and suppliers.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

* Provide advice on contractual matters and resolve any disputes.

* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

* Strong contracting experience.

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

* Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What’s On Offer:

* Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
