About the role: Teach Now is seeking proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for daily supply roles across primary schools in Hammersmith. • Provide classroom support for EYFS, KS1, or KS2 students on a flexible, day-to-day basis.
• Assist with delivering pre-planned lessons, group activities, and one-on-one student support.

• Adapt to different schools and year groups with confidence and professionalism.
• Work closely with class teachers to ensure all students receive the support they need.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Familiarity with the UK primary school curriculum is an advantage.
• A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students’ learning in small groups or one-on-one.
• Assist with classroom management and behavioral support.
• Follow the teacher's guidance to implement lesson plans effectively.
• Provide encouragement and guidance to help students achieve their potential.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff alike.
