Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician with a processing or heavy engineering background?

What will I be doing?

* Your role is to provide reactive and planned maintenance for all mechanical processes and- activities on our Energy Recovery site at Great Blakenham (Suffolk EfW).

* You will provide on-site expertise on all mechanical systems including fan groups, boiler firing system, conveying systems, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

What are the requirements?

* Completion of a relevant engineering apprenticeship.

* Qualified to City and Guilds level 3, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

* A minimum of 3 years maintenance engineering experience in a process, steam raising or heavy engineering environment.

* Experience working under a permit to work system.

* Experience in using computer maintenance management systems (CMMS)

* Ability to work on own initiative, troubleshoot and problem solve.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
