2nd Line Support Engineer

DK Recruitment are seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider going through an exciting period of growth. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team of engineers, you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years IT support experience preferably in the managed services space but this inst essential.

Duties
* Provide 2nd Line Support either directly from the customer or escalated from the 1st line team
* Provide assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management system
* Update the internal systems with issue resolution details
