Warehouse Administrator

Are you an experienced Administrator and have worked within a warehouse environment?  Are you energetic and dynamic and are used to working in a busy and fast paced team environment and have great Excel skills? There is a salary of £24000 plus many great benefits.

The Role:

·       Booking in deliveries via email and telephone

·       Communicating with the sales teams in relation to orders

·       Creating labels for different customers

·       Ordering labels with specific requirements (ie barcodes)

·       Planning the days tasks to ensure outstanding work is managed in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed deadlines

·       Liaising with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the day

About You:

·       Acute attention to detail

·       Self-motivated and highly organised

·       Excellent communication skills – able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders either face to face, via telephone or email

·       Strong Excel skills

·       Ability to work under pressure and process high volume orders in a timely manner

·       Willingness to continue to learn new skills and systems

·       Previous experience of working in a busy warehouse office desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
