Rayment Recruitment are looking for a Commis Chef to join a busy Luxury Hotel in the Colchester area, using the best of British produce to create a fusion of great tastes and innovative culinary delights, whatever the occasion. Salary for the role is £30,000 pa.

The Role:

Our Client is seeking a passionate Commis Chef packed full of energy and looking to progress their career and really get their teeth into great fresh food cooking. As Commis Chef, you will keen to learn from and work alongside the brigade of Chefs; and you will have a good working knowledge of a commercial kitchen. You will be keen to show your knowledge of food and creative flair and be ready and willing to learn from your senior chefs who will always be will to teach and help grow your career. Experience with fresh food is essential.
