This is a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a growing construction company who work on a variety of projects in the domestic projects across Scotland, where you will have ample opportunity to put your stamp on a business and advance your career through both training and progression.

This ambitious and growing SME who specialise in domestic construction projects operate across Scotland. They offer a variety of services within the domestic sector allowing them to cater to any of their customers needs, with a strong focus on processes allows them to put the customer and their experience at the forefront of everything they do. Their ability to offer such a high service has found them great success as of late, and as a result have just landed a large contract and a full workbook moving forward. This is why they are looking to add to their dynamic and high performing team with this great opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include overseeing and managing the office team. As well as overseeing all operations of the business and improving processes where possible. You will also be responsible for delegating work, ensuring materials are ordered and ensuring the on site teams are being managed and help solve any problems when needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring projects and ensuring they are meeting deadlines and budgets to ensure customer satisfaction. Finally, amongst other responsibilities, you will be also dealing with customers where you will help solve any customer problems or queries.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated Operations Manager with good general construction experience to be able to come in and improve processes and efficiency, as well as holding full UK drivers license to be able to travel to sites across Scotland.
